Take time for yourself and experience new techniques for
dealing with the change and transition of divorce. In
this supportive, nurturing environment we will discuss
the myriad of issues and emotions you may be facing while
encouraging the positive, choices to manifest the change
you desire. Learn how you can gain insightfulness and

~ Intimate six week support group facilitating understanding
and acceptance of the dynamic relationship with our mother.
The group supports women who have lost their mother through
death, estrangement as well as women who need to heal
from an unhealthy relationship. $147

~ Half-day Seminar
Interaction, insight and fun as we explore the possibilities
of how our choices impact how we respond to the circumstances
in our lives. $77
Discover Me! ~ One Day Seminar
A sacred, safe place to explore, find and reconnect with
your authentic self. Through breath and body work, guided
meditation, journaling and coaching you will experience
and learn techniques to create the life you know you deserve.
Seminar includes a light lunch, a personal journal and
a 20 minute follow up coaching session. $97
